The Real Magic of Self-Care: A Desire-Led Path

True self-care isn’t about rigid routines or borrowed rituals.
It’s about tuning into your authentic desire—the kind that whispers & moves with messy-wild life.

The magic begins when you reconnect with what genuinely nourishes your sensuality.

In session you’ll be guided through simple, customized movements.

These aren’t prescribed routines—they’re intuitive practices

that facilitate psycho-somatic processing

This is self-care support in a safe and brave space.

A gentle invitation to come home… to you.

WHAT TO EXPECT

The first step for a therapeutic movement session is an inquiry call for about 30 minutes. On the call, we can address your questions

and determine if a Kinisi session is a good fit for you.

The general outline for a session is below:

PHASE I

To start, we have a brief empathetic conversation about what has been happening in your life.  Then, we discuss the options for how to proceed with respect for your energy level and comfort zones.

PHASE II

Typically, we open with somatic practices such as eye contact and gentle imitations of simple movements. Phase II can feel somewhat playful, like 'follow-the-leader'

PHASE III

This is direct attention on navigating emotional blocks, reconnecting with your authentic desire, and body freedom. Phase III offers a safe space to be seen, heard, and understood -

to be witnessed

in the wisdom of your body.
