🎶 The Daily Dance Rx for Selfcare: Mini-Guide
Choose 3 songs that resonate with your current mood and circumstances. This is a semi-guided selfcare ritual but really? There are no rules or choreographies. It's your body. Your way...Movement is the voice of the body.

1. Arrival - Song #1
Make space - suitable, inviting, private
Stand and create t a slow, audible sigh.
Place a hand on your chest, one on your lower belly. Whisper to yourself:

2. Ignite and Burn - Song #2
Play a track with a slow, sultry rhythm (think bellydance drum or downtempo groove).
Begin with tiny movements: roll your shoulders, trace circles with your hips, let your spine ripple like smoke.
Keep it slow, teasing yourself with pauses—make your body curious.
Imagine your desire is a secret lover across the room.
Let your hands “flirt” with your own body—soft, poetic touches
Smile at yourself, even wink in the mirror if you want. Let playfulness mingle with sensuality.
If you feel heat rising (emotion, energy, even tears), welcome it. That’s your desire burning back to life.

Transition to appreciation, gratitude, devotion - for your body, your home, your presence.
Move as if your dance is a prayer, a wish, a magical spell.
